First of all, it is no secret that laughter is the best medicine. My latest experience was a first class introduction into the new style health service.
David, Katy and Demine gave a detailed explanation of the procedure. I had a small wart removed, which David removed. I must say I was very taken with the whole team they were fantastic and a laugh a minute.
Professional, kind, caring and made the experience quite pleasant.
