Rang at 8.15 am on 18.05/22 on landline. Callback send I would be contacted later. 11.15am no callback received so rang on mobile number and requested another callback. 4.15 pm. Still no callback. Rang again and was then able to speak to a lady in Crosshills. She informed me that there were no call backs logged for me to be contacted. Thursday morning attended at long Lee surgery and resolved my issue. Also pointed out that the callback system may be faulty. Stated it wasn’t but she had many people reporting the same issue which was regularly passed on to management but nothing seems to change. For info. Thanks.
