The team in the child assessment unit were brilliant. The person we spoke to on the phone was friendly & booked us in for the following day. We arrived early (I had no idea how long it would take to park) & the lady on reception was welcoming & immediately spoke to the nurse. The nurse took us through early & was great with my daughter.
