"Comfy and not rushed"

(as a service user),

Talked about different options of walker.I felt comfy and not rushed. I tried some out. Location easy to find. Toilets were a bit confusing as so many and didn’t know how to flush it.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a feedback, I have now passed this on to the team. We're happy to know that you have found your visit to the centre satisfactory.

I apologise for our confusing toilets as other than this is used for assessments, this is also the only toilet that visitors to the centre can use. We will revisit how we have labeled everything and see if we can improve this.
