"Need information for my video consultation"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / General medicine

(as the patient),

I have an appointment via a video consultation. I have the time and date but no clue about how it will take place.

I have replied to the hospital asking if it will be by zoom, teams or something else but can't get a reply. Why won't someone talk to me?
