The whole maternity experience has been let down by ward 30. What a disgrace of a ward. There is a buzzer to press for when you need aid but someone will attend to it just to rush to switch it off and not help you with your. Only after a minimum of 3 reminders they will finally see to your issue. I have been nothing but polite and gracious to all the staff members but this has not been returned back. It’s also very hard to get updates from the midwives. Yet they seem to be playing on their phones in the reception area. What a lack of professionalism. I was also rudely told off by one of the staff members for not finishing the food I was given as she wanted to clear the plates away. However the delivery /labour ward were excellent. All the staff members have been excellent. The level of care and attention provided by them has been amazing.
