"Excellent, reassuring care"

Having suffered heart palpitations followed by a few days of feeling exhausted and unwell I got in touch with Harvey House practice and received a call the same day from a GP. He quickly arranged same day blood tests and an ECG and health check for the following day. Later that second afternoon I received a call from a GP to go through the results. He took time to go through everything in detail and was kind, thoughtful and reassuring, and we agreed on medication to tackle one thing shown up by the blood tests. After blood pressure monitoring for a week I received another call to discuss the results. Again, that same GP was informative and empathetic and we once again agreed on medication to tackle this second issue, as well as on a referral to a specialist to check on any potential underlying causes. I have nothing but praise (and gratitude) for the way I have been looked after recently. Contrary to what I had feared because of the pressure we all know the NHS is under, I have been treated with both generosity of time and spirit, all
