"Neglected and not listened too "

I was referred to this service over two years ago due to my bpd diagnoses and have had absolutely no support from this place. I’ve left feel deflated and unwanted. I was often gaslighted and made to feel like my problems aren’t that bad. I was discharged without warning through a letter even after a recent call for help to crisis who never contacted me back. These people do not care about you and have been completely disensitised and don’t actually care. I am completely and utterly disappointed in this service.
