"Amazing care after a broken hip"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My care has been very good ever since I was admitted into the ward following surgery on my broken hip a week ago. I was moved here after the surgery and have had a very good level of rehabilitation so far which I believe is down to the exceptional staff that have been part of it. The nurse’s assistants, physio and anyone else that have seen have been exceptional at what they do and are so easy to understand which has made the recovery period so much easier. They are all very nice and helpful which makes it easier to trust them. The food and cleaning have been very good so far and I am happy with both

I also welcome feedback as it allows me to make changes if required and give the positive feedback to the staff.

I am delighted to hear your experiences on the ward was exceptional and you found the rehabilitation was good.

I will pass on your feedback to all the members of the multidisciplinary team.

I am glad that the level of cleanliness on the ward is very good and will pass this on to the staff involved.
