"Unhelpful and Sarcastic "

You can see why some people don’t bother turning up to minor injury units for advice or help, I turned up due to thinking my finger was infected, I came out thinking that me asking for help or to see if I could be treated was a chore. Being patronised by asking if a possibly infected finger is a injury isn’t helpful at all is it. Then being told I didn’t really need to come here and should of gone to a gp wasn’t helpful. You want people to go to these services to seek advice or treatment with GP’s being strained and A&E being for emergencies, yet when you do go you feel like you shouldn’t be there aren’t welcomed and feel like you shouldn’t be there and are a burden to the staff who have as much passion there as a wall of plain paint. Really negative experience and I would seriously consider looking at what staff you employ there because the ones there seem like they have better things to be doing than helping out the one person waiting in there. Also same for the guy who was in there clearly in pain and they just couldn’t seem bothered with both me and him. So hey at least it wasn’t just me who probably felt these thoughts. For a very good experience received on the rare occasions I seek advice or help for health or injury I would have to say this experience has tarnished it massively. I hope this is listened to because from what I experienced today it clearly can’t just be me feeling this.
