"The nurses were lovely and very welcoming"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Today I attended the Pilgrim for a colposcopy,  I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception. The nurses were lovely and very welcoming, Dr Mohanty was great, he explained everything. The nurses were very efficient and made me feel at ease as I felt quite anxious. Overall had a good experience.

Dear Chocoholic,

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback for us following your recent visit to the gynaecology outpatients department at Pilgrim Hospital. A colposcopy appointment can be such a worrying and anxious time for many ladies and we endeavour to treat everyone who attends our clinic with kindness, respect and compassion. I am so pleased you found our staff lovely and welcoming and were able to make you feel more at ease during the procedure. I will ensure that I share your kind words with the team. May I wish you well.

Take care

Tracy
