"7hr wait and fraudulent accounts of tests"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Arrive via ambulance at around 10am saw a doctor who asked twice for tests like an ecg,blood and urine test be done as a priority. 4 hrs later no tests had been done and no samples taken but reception staff say they are waiting for test results. When informed no tests were done the staff instructed me to knock on doors until doctors come to talk to me

When I informed the staff that it was impossible that they were waiting on results because no tests had been done, staff proceeded to ignore the information and waste time looking for results that did not exist.

In short we arrived at 10am test were done at 5pm and at some point in between that someone has fraudulently put on record that the tests were done and that staff were to wait for results.

This place is a joke . Reception staff are more concerned about gossip and laughter than they seem to be about helping patients to get answers to their enquiries.
