"Long Wait but Amazing Care"

I had been going to the orthodontics department in Harrogate Hospital since 2015 and not once in the 6 years I attended was there a fault. The staff are amazing. You feel welcome as soon as you get to reception, all of the dental nurses, orthodontists and consultants are all very happy to see and speak to you. I felt like I made a little family with them all and they showed that there was nothing to be afraid of when going to a dentist or orthodontist.

Unfortunately due to waiting lists and myself getting older, I never completed treatment with them and decided to move to Glasgow to carry on the treatment. It was bittersweet but I am so glad throughout the 6 years they did not get my hopes up and try and put dates on when the surgery I am waiting for would happen. 

I am thankful for them all for allowing myself to start to become more confident with smiling.
