My son was not well so we came into accident and emergency, it was very good. We were very quick to be seen, although they seemed to be quiet at that time. To be honest I was dreading coming in here, although this experience was very good.

Daisy ward is brilliant, I could not fault it.

This situation is so stressful for us but the staff have calmed us down, and the open access given to us really helped. With the staff anything you ask for is not a problem, nothing seems to be a bother for them. The domestic staff are amazing also, they were checking in asking did I want dinner and things. The staff have plenty of time for you, they do not make you feel rushed or afraid to ask any questions.
