"Why is there no email address?"

For those with mental health or neurodivergence having to communicate via phone only, and during office hours is near impossible (excutive disfunction, anxiety etc). Why can there not just be an email address for general admin communication? (set up an auto reply telling people in crisis to contact 999/crisis line etc if you're worried about people misusing it in emergencies)
