"Good experience"

I was greeted by a nurse who took my details and a summary of my injury. She directed me to the urgent care department where a very nice receptionist checked me in. After a very short time I was seen by an efficient and friendly female doctor who arranged for me to have an x-ray which was done very quickly. The doctor was able to show me the x-ray within seconds of returning to the unit, diagnosing a small fracture which needed no treatment. The whole experience was excellent, I could not have asked for better care.
