(as a relative),

My mother took suddenly unwell and I was grateful for the paramedics Joe and Collin from Downpatrick station who attended. They had shown great empathy and understanding of my mothers condition and continued to provide great care for my mother while waiting to be admitted into the Ulster A&E.
