(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I brought my son to the Emergency Department at Daisy Hill Hospital after he suffered an asthma attack. Everything was grand in A&E and all the staff that we met here were all absolutely lovely.

We were then admitted onto the Daisy Children's Ward. We have been on this ward a few times now and all I can say is that it has been absolutely great as always. The staff have all been incredibly lovely to us. I would particularly like to mention nurse Alana. Over our stays here we have gotten to know Alana well and all I can say is that the care she has provided us with has been really excellent.

I have no suggestions for improvement - everything up on the ward has been absolutely brilliant as always.
