"Life-saving surgery"

About: General Surgery / Theatre Recovery Royal Victoria Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

I was rushed to hospital for treatment of a brain tumour, I needed emergency surgery. Mano was my surgeon and of course my family were petrified of what could happen, I don’t remember much but all of my family has told me that Mano calmed their nerves whenever they needed it most, they had confidence that I was going to be okay because he sat them down and reassured them.  I am more than grateful for that and the fact that he saved my life. He is a great man and great at his job.

Thank you very much for this feedback, I'm glad that 'Mano' was able to provide reassurance and support to your family when they needed it the most. I will be sure and pass your thanks and comments on to the Neurosurgeon involved.
