I had to attend for a Doppler scan. I arrived five minutes before my appointment. I then waited twenty five minutes to book in. One receptionist doing her best. Eventually two more people arrived at the desk. Was told Imaynotbeableto have my scan. It was checked and I did go through. The nurse who called me forward was very nice. She knew about the queue and there was no problem. If you are making appointments and people are arriving on time then making sure they get through should be good. The other problem being is that there is people coming in from the wards and A&E. Surely they should be in a different queue. Thank you for reading this
