About: Heavitree Hospital

Letter from dentistry dept says that you must contact them if you have not received covid test by 4 days prior to apt.

Phoned Friday due to bank holiday, took 9 calls to speak to someone. Told to phone again Tues, phoned again Tues, told to call again Weds. Called again Weds again 9 different phone calls. Told to call again Thurs. Now have to attend hospital for covid test, in order to have operation on Friday. Very frustrating and stressful.
