I arrived last Monday via an ambulance. It took around 2 -3 hours to arrive. I had requested that I was to be seen by the non- emergency doctor first because I am extremely claustrophobic, and they would assess me and I could make my own way to the emergency department. An actual ambulance then arrived, at first I was sceptical about going in but the paramedics on scene were excellent, they helped de-escalate the situation and helped me into the ambulance. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Once I arrived here I was straight in and brought here. The staff here are excellent and are keeping me informed of my condition. The food is great and there is a good variety on offer for me.
