Following my open heart surgery I was referred to Fife cardiac rehab group to progressively improve my fitness. I had a series of circuit training group sessions which perfectly complemented the BHF home exercise program.
The 2 physios were very attentive and with correct level of encouragement balanced by careful monitoring.
An excellent process that allowed people of different level all to participate but everyone enjoyed it.
