I notice stories here with responses always express regret that ' the patient feels' disappointed or ' seems' to have had poor service. So no real acceptance by them that they could be falling short. I personally have made a complaint to the Information Commissioner following a serious breach of confidentiality. This was the last in a long series of substandard, rude or dismissive conduct. The receptionists, nurses and clerical staff try their best, however I have had problems with some of the doctors. One of the doctors I complained about also was in charge of the complaints process which I don't think was acceptable. Sadly my list of Doctors I won't see has grown.
Two of the doctors there always show good sense and are conscientious. We are lucky to have them.
