"Complete and Utter Irony..."

There is a notice saying to respect the staff, well the reception staff need to read their own notice. They are rude beyond belief, do not smile, have no interest in patients or any knowledge of how to be polite and helpful. I worked in a hospital for many years and no way would any member of staff acted like this without being dismissed or at least given training. Come on reception staff, be more helpful and polite, if you do not like the job then leave.
