I can’t praise the virtual visiting service enough - from the responsiveness of the staff who sort out the appointments right through to those at the bedside ensuring the visit goes seamlessly. Thank you so much for making this possible. It means so much. Both my in laws have been in hospital recently and virtual visiting means they can talk every day. As they are elderly they are not fit to actually visit - or operate the technology to talk independently - so this service for us has been wonderful. Definitely a covid keeper.
