I was on ward 20 for a mastectomy and was really nervous, all the staff on the ward were really caring and friendly and put me at ease we even had a laugh, the operation went well and i went home the same day.The experience was good and I wouldn't be as nervous again , and would recommend to others needing a similar procedure.
