I had blood tests back in November and got results, which came to the conclusion that I need a further blood test. I got COVID so tried to call for 6 days in a row to reschedule, but gave up as couldn’t get through, and some of the call the phone was ringing for over 15 minutes.

Gave up, never rescheduled blood tests be just dealing with the issue with Google’s help.

This week I’ve got a new symptom so tried to call 3 days in a row… again same issue. How is anyone expected to get medical support? 111 advise I contact my GP, but when I follow their advice I get nowhere. Not Severe enough yet for A&E but does need checking out, but I have 0 confidence in being able to even get through to the receptionists for an appointment
