Sadly there were significant problems with regard to obtaining appointment before the Covid outbreak. The first e appointment I had involved me sending a photo of a rash, which was diagnosed as excema. It turned out to be my breast tumor spreading. I have had 3 e consultations with a different doctor each time. None of which seemed to have much knowledge of my medical situation. It would be better to have face time rather than trying to talk to stranger who could be anyone.
However I am impressed with the recent improvement of the reception staff who were helpful and respectful. Arranging my appointment for after 5pm. It was a shame the doctor phoned at 4 pm when I was at the hospital for a scan. I phoned back and got put in the queue. I did get my e consultation and I am hopeful that things can only get better.
