I would like to express my appreciation for the help I received from Violet  and Derek ambulance crew for their support and kindness shown to staff and patient during an OPD clinic. They went beyond their duty of care to assist a lady and nurse

Thankyou for taking the time to share your feedback here on CareOpinion. I am so sorry to hear that you, the nurse and the patient required the use of our Services during one of your clinics.

It is so kind of you to say these wonderful things about our staff and I would be more than happy to ensure that your kind words get passed on to them. In order to do this I would just need a few details. If you want this to happen would you be able to email sas.feedback@nhs.scot and include the patients name as well as the date/time and location, I am guessing the location of the clinic, that we attended them? This would allow us to locate the call and identify the staff. If you would also be so kind as to include your CareOpinion username to allow the members of my team to trace back to this feedback.
