The practice Is clean. The receptionists are helpful and friendly.

I was seen By Dr Rauf.  My appointment was at 10:00.  I arrived at 09:55 and was seen at exactly 10:00. I was so impressed. Dr Rauf was so gentle and shows she cares. She was passionate about what she does. And I just wanted to say Thank You.

thanks so much for this feedback. Apologies for lateness in responding, my excuse is annual leave. It is really appreciated especially at this very difficult busy time and great to know we are getting things right for people some of the time. We would love it to be every time and will keep working towards this goal.
