"Wonderfully cheery and helpful"

(as the patient),

I had to go for a blood test, and usually nurses really struggle to find a good vein, as I have incredibly small and deep veins - I often feel faint and very anxious during blood tests. However, a new nurse called Margaret was at my practice and was able to get blood on the first try, and was amazing at calming me down and she was just a wonderfully cheery and helpful person!

Good afternoon MMeg

Thank you for sharing your very positive experience when attending Burnbank Medical Centre for bloods.

I would however advise GP's are independent contractors and are responsible for responding to patients; they are not registered to respond directly to feedback through Care Opinion. I would therefore invite you to contact the Practice Manager to extend your kind words.

Best wishes for the future

Jean
