About: General practices in Fife Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Victoria Hospital / Admissions Unit 1 (Emergency Medical) Victoria Hospital / Out of Hours

(as a service user),

I had a fall and hurt my back in the garden at the weeken,  the out of hours doctor came who was excellent and my own GP came following morning who was also excellent. I had to be admitted to A&E at Victoria Hospital I received excellent treatment from all staff. Unfortunately I was aware of the staff being verbally abused by other patients which is sad given the enormous workload they have. My stay in hospital was brief and I would like to convey my gratitude to all whom looked after me in A&E and AU1, they are all a credit to NHS Fife, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am now recovering well at home, please pass this on to all your staff.
