I went to A&E feeling very rough, experiencing frightening (to me) palpitations. All the staff, from the lovely Receptionist to the medical team who sorted me out were amazing. They were brilliant, cheerful and so positive in their approach. Nothing was too much trouble - at least they didn't show it! I can't thank them enough. If stars can be awarded they all deserve 5.
