"Brilliant Snr Nurse"

The Snr nurse and her team I saw on 14th April for a Colonoscopy were amazing. I was extremely anxious at the thought of having this procedure. As soon as I saw the Nurse who would carry out the procedure I felt more at ease, she was kind, gentle and very understanding as were her colleagues in the room with me. I asked for sedation which worked brilliantly. I can honestly say `I felt nothing!, I cannot remember anything apart from the nurses kindness and reassurance that all would be ok during the procedure and that she would look after me - which she did.

Thank you so much for what you did and how you did it. I would like to mention your name but rules say I can't. If I was ever in the situation that this procedure needed repeating I hope that I get the same nurse again as my I would not be so anxious next time. Apparently this nurse is retired but still carry's out procedures. I am only stating this so that it can be narrowed down to who I am talking about. I hope she can be identified and this shown to her she is a credit to your department. Thank you again.
