"Great care and great people"

I had my first baby at the hospital and everyone was so considerate, helpful and professional. The labour wasn’t without complications but everyone who took care of me or my baby was so kind and knew what they were doing. Especially I would like to thank my midwife who was a superstar. I felt I was in good hands all the time. Such a professional, kind and caring person I cannot thank you enough! Also a special thank to the person in the neonatal unit who took very good care of my baby. You were amazing!

Everyone at the hospital was so polite and thoughtful. It really made me feel good and confident when I was going through something new and a bit scary. It felt like everyone listened and cared. Thank you!
