Following a routine check at the surgery I was advised to see a GP immediately. After a short wait I saw Dr Rauf who was brilliant , practical and so reassuring. Blood tests taking on Thursday were available today (after the Easter break), we discussed these today at a face-to-face appointment first thing this morning. I came away feeling reassured and listened to and with ongoing monitoring to follow. The face-to-face appointments were brilliant and I don't think an online consultation or an App could have beaten these.

Thanks for giving us this feedback and apologies that you had no confirmation or response as I was on leave and unable to respond. So great to know that everything went well. Face to face appointments are definitely the best way to solve many problems but phone calls and on-line consultations have their place as well. We hope that we are able to ensure every patient gets what is best suited for their complaint and it seems it worked well. Your feedback is much appreciated. Thanks again.
