Telephone service was down all day on Monday.
Staff give conflicting and unqualified advice. One says my prescription will be raised automatically, another says I should have called in to request a repeat prescription.
Due to collect prescription on Thursday before Easter weekend but even if they had requested the prescription, I can't attend that day due to another appointment.
They won't allow collection of prescriptions early so I have to go without medications over the Easter weekend.
Demanded to be removed from their practice and had to request my GP refer me to a reputable service in future.
