About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Nursing and medical staff are excellent in this department. They made me comfortable and reassured me by providing full explanations of what is planned and my after care. Nursing staff were always present in the ward offering help, advice and food. They interacted with all patients ensuring comfort and concerns were addressed. The medical team were visible and seen every individual patient. They were friendly and the working dynamics of the nursing and medical team provided safe and comfortable patient outcomes. Well done to everyone!
