"A Covid experience"

I unfortunately received the news that I had tested positive for covid and was then contacted by contact tracing. Spoke with a man called Conor from track and trace who couldn't have been more professional and personable. Making the experience both equally straightforward and understandable. I appreciated this. My expectations weren't high based on previous experiences with the health service which have been mixed - but I would have a lot of confidence if I spoke with that young man again.
