"Great Treatment and Advice "

I have had to use the GP a little more frequently lately due to some ongoing issues. Yes they are nurse practitioner led, but under today's pressures, they treat patients very well and have an excellent triaging system for prioritising their patients. I have always been very happy with the advice and treatment received from the nurse practitioners. They listen and are sympathetic and helpful. They leave the doctors to look after the most vulnerable/medically urgent cases as they should! I also work in primary care and am thankful to Oaklands for looking after me. Don't knock primary care as they have very little resources to meet the demand under the current pressures. Keep it up Oaklands and thank you. :0)
