"five star experience"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

I was referred to the department with a small lesion on my cheek I was attended to promptly and treated at the same consultation with cryology this was successful and I didnt need surgery my follow on appointment in April confirmed it.My whole experience from referral to follow on was excellent waiting time was minimal and my contact with the department for advice was first class the staff are a credit to the department and may I say that as a hard of hearing pensioner their understanding was very welcome. My thanks to all concerned

Dear Alan

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent appointments in our Dermatology department. I am very pleased to hear that your experience was such a good one and the outcome (not requiring surgery) was so positive. I will be sharing your comments with the team in Dermatology as I am sure that they will be very grateful for your comments about your whole journey. The fact that you have hearing loss and that they supported you to understand what was happening was obviously very important to you and is essential for you to get the most from your care. I hope you continue to recover well at home.

Kind regards

Emma Harrison
