(as a service user),

During my first pregnancy, I would like to say a massive thank you to every single member of the team I came into contact with - whether it be our community midwife, consultant team, sonography’s, ward midwife’s, anaesthetists or Doctors.

Myself and partner felt our care during pregnancy was amazing from Rachael. We had a traumatic birth with induction, spontaneous waters break, labouring too quickly, episiotomy, being rushed to theatre after blood loss and delaying time to spend with our new family but all the care team were amazing.

A massive thank you and we will arrange a review of the process when the time is right to process it
