About: Ealing Hospital / Oral surgery

(as the patient),

I was referred to an Urgent Ealing Oral and Maxillofacial Department by my dentist for a tooth extraction. 

Did not hear from them for 3 days and my pain become unbearable! Called hospital and explained situation. A member of staff (I did not asked a name :( ) emailed Dental Unit and I received a call very shortly from administrator Izabela!
It was on my Birthday! 
Izabela told me that Surgeon Muniba is happy to see me as an extra patient! It was my best Birthday present!
I arrived to Ealing hospital and was called into a treatment room shortly.
Nurse Charlene was very professional, supportive and caring.
I was very anxious but procedure was absolutely pain free!
Thank you so much too all for your wonderful care!
Everyone has been so friendly and pleasant.
Again, dear administrator Izabela, Nurse Charlene and  Surgeon Muniba thank you for your awesome care and kindness!
