I was sent to the A&E on Tuesday, by the 111 service. I was suffering with breathing problems, a high temperature and a fast heart rate. I was feeling really ill. I was not happy when i got to the A&E, due to having a long wait. I arrived around 6.45pm and i left after around 14 hours. What i wanted to say is, the long wait does not matter when you need help. I was seen by different nurses and doctors, for different tests. I just want to say that, at all times , i was looked after with the highest care from all the staff involved. I have had my condition for around 12 years and by visiting the A&E, i have got the best care, new treatments and better medication upgrades, that i have ever had. I am feeling alot better today, and it is all down to the care from the dedicated staff at your hospital. I found that after a 12 hour shift, the staff were as pleasent and helpfull at all times and never stopped workink solid ,with all the patients. L would like to say a BIG thank you to everyone that looked after me, and please could you let them all know how gratefull i am for what they have done for me, once again THANK YOU . Please remember, if you are in A&E and your in there for a long time, think hard about complaining, it could be you that is being looked after.
"Very good service and treatment."
