I had an outpatient appointment at ambulatory clinic this morning after querying a dvt. The staff nurse Lauren that cared for me was very nice and friendly. She had a student with her too. She explained everything that was happening and explained everything to her student also. They were both very professional and had a lovely manner . Certainly put me at my ease.
