"Colitis support and top IBD nurse"

I was newly diagnosed with left sided colitis In Jan 22 symptoms was very severe and I was at a very low point not knowing what to do and who to talk to Eliz was first class at the Lisburn hospital and was very professional she then referred me to Gayle my Current IBD nurse in the Ulster Hospital.

I have to say without her help and support and professionalism I would be very lost indeed I work as an accountant and one of the first things I learned was what is your biggest asset - for me it’s people and the Ulster hospital truly has a top Asset in Gayle her care support knowledge and being there for me at any time of the day on not an easy topic truly deserves very high praise I do hope you will reward or promote Gayle as she truly deserves it. Even speaking to some of the people that work with her Paul, her consultant and Christine who is also a great nutritionist regard her very highly.

It’s been a hard time for me over covid-19 not going to get checked out and living with symptoms and am currently on the road hopefully to get into remission and again I don’t know where I would be without the help support etc from your IBD nurse Gayle please can you make sure that this will be noticed at a top level her professionalism support and care and just being top class in her role with me has been first class
