"Blue badge parking"

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

Blue badge holders are expected to find their eay to A&E to log in. Stand in a long queue, I am unable to stand for that long, get back to your car, drive to the department for treatment, find a parking space, and get to the clinic. It's ironic that the most disgraceful treatment I have ever received should be dealt out by an NHS hospital. Three days later I'm still suffering from this visit.

Dear Steve,

I am sorry you had to wait in the queue and that you were suffering from the visit.

Following feedback, we have now changed the parking system so that you only have to register your vehicle number plate once and are able to park as a blue badge holder until the badge has expired.

I hope this has been helpful. If ever, in future, you need support with your concerns please contact the PALS service on the details below.
