After my recent visit I have to say thank you to the team at Barkentine. The way you handle the pressure you are under is outstanding and the humanity and professionalism (and patience!) everyone exhibited was very impressive. The variety of people, most of whom are under pressure is extraordinary and your front desk staff handle so many people with humanity and skill.
I have been on your list for nearly 10 years now and have never left a review to just say thank you. Everyone I have met at the practice, from doctors, nursing professionals, reception staff and even the volunteers during covid-19 vaccination days managed the process intelligently and with appropriate flexibility. (You outshine both the bank I work for and the bank that manages my money for customer service and their customers aren't generally ill or stressed.)
Over the last 30 months, while I was being treated for a number of complex issues, I knew I could count on the team at Barkentine to manage consultants, hospital visits and therapy.
