About: General practices in Tayside

(as a service user),

I wanted to say thank you to the practice staff at Taymount and Scone medical practice (mainly scone practice) in Perth.

My daughter and myself have had to use the services a couple of times recently (last one being today) and from the receptionist, practice nurse, ANP and GPs they have been fabulous.

They treat you with dignity and respect and although as lots of NHS services at present are under a great deal of stress as a patient and mother I have been listened to and seen when appropriate.

Great service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about Taymount and Scone Medical Practice. Feedback is very valuable to all areas of the NHS, and I'm sure their staff will be delighted to hear that your family's experience there has been positive.

As each GP Practice is an independent business, we would recommend that you feedback your experience directly to the practice to allow this to be passed on to the staff. The Practice Manager there will be able to provide you with details of how to provide this feedback to them, as per their Complaints and Feedback Policy.
